Background
Passion 4 Community Development organization is one of the national organizations found in Northern Uganda, Agago District with the main aim of “Building a society where young people are able to develop their full potential, free from exploitation and able to live a productive life”. Passion 4 community Dev’t organization was started in 2008 during the LRA insurgency in Northern Uganda with the aim of rehabilitating and transforming former LRA abductees, the organization used to be called “ Patongo Youth centre” but the name change to the current name because of a broader vision. To-date Pasion 4 Community has transformed the lives of over 14,320(female 8,592 and male 5,728) youth in Northern Uganda. The organization is fully registered as a local and national NGO with Uganda NGO Bureau with registration number 9755, the organization is also registered with regulatory bodies such as URSB( Uganda services Registration Bureau), Financial Intelligence Authority(FIA) and also has Memorandum of Understanding with Agago , Pader, Kitgum and Lamwo District local government.
Passion 4 Community Development organization has it’s headquarter in Agago District but implements projects in the 4 District of Northern Uganda i.e. Agago, Pader, Kitgum and Lamwo. The Organization has wealth of experience in both humanitarian response and Development programs with major focus on vocational skill training, child protection and livelihood enhancement to youth.
Courses Offered
These courses are undertaken by both female and male youth who are drop out of Primary Six, Seven and Senior four, the youth do pursue these courses for 1 year then they are examine by Directorate of Industrial Training(DIT). The courses are offered in local language and 90% practical, then later they are taken for industrial training for 3 months and passed out. After the passed out the youth are taken through business coaching for another 3 months at their place of work

Improving health services for children and youth through strengthening the existing health system structures to favour children and youth access to health services.
Future Plan

Adopt a self-sustainability plan by having institutions farms by securing a tractor to ease opening of land and planting of seeds.

Build more 04 blocks of classrooms and 04 blocks for dormitories.
